These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Knowat mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Nexious ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Definitions

Account: means an account created by you to access and use the App.
Content: means any text, data, information, graphics, images, photographs, videos, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or displayed by you or other users on the App.
User: means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and respectful of other users. You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.

Examples of prohibited uses:

Uploading or sharing illegal content.
Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users.
Impersonating another person.
Interfering with the operation of the App.
Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

4. User Content

You are responsible for all Content you upload, submit, or display on the App. You retain all ownership rights to your Content, but by uploading or submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the App after the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
