Learn how to delete your Knowat account permanently

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open drawer, go to Setting screen.
  3. Click on Privacy
  4. Click on Account Ownership Control
  5. Click on Account Deletion
  6. Type in your account password, then click on Delete Account

After 30 days, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve your information. If you log in before 30 days, we'll cancel your account deletion automatically.
